Key Performance Indicators

Work Package 19 concerns the reporting and communication of the performance and progress of the BLUEPRINT project. Progress will be reported annually to the EC and will be made available to the public via the BLUEPRINT website. Data will be presented concerning the status and progress towards the following Key Performance Indicators:

•  Number of published reference epigenomes
•  Number of clinically validated epigenomes
•  BLUEPRINT will monitor the number of citations and graphically display this on this website.
•  Indicator for throughput versus cost for producing the epigenomes
•  Performance versus number of cells (number of cells/type of cells used)
•  Number of publications in high-rated peer reviewed journals
•  Number of patents
•  Number of press quotes
