Epigenetic Data

The overall ambitious goal of the BLUEPRINT project is to generate at least 100 reference epigenomes of distinct types of haematopoietic cells from healthy individuals and of their malignant leukaemic counterparts. In the first stage, references epigenomes for some of the most abundant white cells in venous blood, cord blood and bone marrow have been established and released.

Within Blueprint we have so far isolated cells from 11 Bone marrow, 64 Venous blood, 46 Cord blood, 1 Tonsil and 7 Cell line samples and performed epigenomic analysis including RNA-seq, DNAme-seq, DNAseI-seq and 8 different ChIP-seq experiments. The seventh public release includes data from monocytes, granulocyte neutrophils, eosinophils, macrophages (M0 , M1 and M2), naive CD4+ and naive CD8+ cells and cell line samples.

Early April 2013, the data 6 monocyte samples and 4 neutrophil samples were released (first data release).
Mid June 2013, data of additional samples were released (second data release).
By the end of September 2013, the third data release took place (third data release).
On 17 March 2014, the fourth data release took place (fourth data release).
August 21, 2014, the fifth data release took place (fifth data release).
January 28, 2015, the sixth data release took place (sixth data release).
September 10, 2015, the seventh data release took place (seventh data release).
August 19, 2016, the eight data release took place (eighth data release)
