Cell Reports Publication for Christoph Bock

In the issue of March 3, 2015, Christoph Bock and co-workers published a paper entitled: “Single-Cell DNA Methylome Sequencing and Bioinformatic Inference of Epigenomic Cell-State Dynamics”. The paper describes the protocol and bioinformatics that Christoph’s team will use for the DNA methylome analysis of the progenitor cell types in the BLUEPRINT project.

The paper is also reflected in the corresponding journal cover image, which shows a mosaic of single cells that together depict a methylated DNA molecule.
