2 bioinformatics paper by Christoph Bock and Colleagues

At the end of last year, 2 bioinformatics papers from Christoph Bock and colleagues were published.

On October 27, a paper entitled “LOLA: enrichment analysis for genomic region sets and regulatory elements in R and Bioconductor” was published in Bioinformatics.

On December 22, a paper entitlted “Differential DNA methylation analysis without a reference genome”  was published in Cell Reports.
