3rd Annual Infinium Human Methylation 450 Array Analysis Workshop

On May 8+9, the 3rd Annual Infinium Human Methylation 450k Array Analysis Workshop will take place in London. After the success of the previous two workshops, this 3rd workshop will address various issues that surround the analysis of 450k data.

Main Workshop, Thursday 8 May
 – 9 am-5:30pm
Keynote speaker: Andrés Houseman, Oregan State University
The topics covered at the main workshop will be:
• Cell Composition Correction – Algorithms and Software
• 450k for detection of 5-hmC and 5-mC (including a talk from Cambridge Epigenetix)
• Other topics TBA after abstract submission date

Tutorial Sessions, Friday 9 May 9am-?
The second day we will be hosting a tutorial day for showcasing various software tools available to analyse 450k data. You are encouraged to bring your laptop for this. Tutorials will be announced after the software submission date.

A place for the workshop which will be on a first come first served basis. Please note that space is limited and demand is expected to be high so please register as soon as possible.

Abstract submission
Participants are invited to submit an abstract for a talk or poster to: 450kworkshop@gmail.com with the subject: “450kWorkshop: Abstract Submission”. If you are interested in showcasing your software at one of the tutorial sessions then please submit details of your tool to 450kworkshop@gmail.com with the subject “450k Workshop: Software Submission”
